Rhonda K. Beaver is the Chief Operating Officer of the Department of Health. The Chief Operating Officer is responsible for the overall clinical operations and performance of the Health System. She has been with The Muscogee (Creek) Nation Department of Health since 2005 serving in various capacities such as Chief Performance Officer, Business Office Manager, Health System Administrator, and Patient Information Supervisor. Her previous employment includes Indian Health Service and Chickasaw Nation Health System. Ms. Beaver currently serves on the Department of Health Governing Board and Chairs the Executive Leadership Team; as well as serving on various committees. Her professional affiliations include the National Medical Group Management Association, Oklahoma Medical Group Management Association, and Professional Association of Healthcare Office Management.
Ms. Beaver holds a Master of Science in Human Services and Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from East Central University, Ada, OK. She holds training certificates from Johns Hopkins Center for American Indian Health, Baltimore, MD, and Western Development Management Center in Aurora, CO in American Indian Health and Executive Leadership Development respectively; Emerging Leaders in Public Health from the University of North Carolina in Chapel Hill, NC; Entrepreneur Development Program from Rogers State College, Claremore, OK. She is currently a nominee in the American College of Medical Practice Executives board certification program.
Rhonda is a member of the Muscogee (Creek) Nation. She and her husband Del reside in Morris with their son, Isaiah, and daughter, Olivia.
