Holdenville Community Vaccination Event – April 28

The Muscogee (Creek) Nation Department of Health will offer a community vaccination event at the Holdenville baseball/softball fields on Wednesday, April 28. Appointments will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

What: COVID Vaccination Event for all community members.

Where: Holdenville baseball/softball fields

When: Wednesday April 28, 2021 9:00am-3:00pm.

Who: Anyone 18 years and older

Vaccine: Moderna

How to sign-up/participate:

·         Show up to the event

·         Stay in your vehicle

·         Have your ID, CDIB card (if native), and health insurance ready
