The Muscogee Nation Department of Health will offer vaccines to Natives and non-Native spouses and dependents at the Koweta Indian Health Center from July 14 through August 13 on Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

What: Pfizer (1st & 2nd dose) vaccine clinics

Where: Koweta Indian Health Center – 31870 E. Hwy. 51, Coweta, Ok. 74429

When: Wednesday and Thursdays evenings from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. beginning July 14 and running through August 13.

Who: Natives, non-Native spouses and dependents 12 years and older are eligible for vaccination.

If you are between the ages of 12-17 a parent must be present and a signed consent form is required.
