Infusion Center Update

Based on recent recommendations by the National Institutes of Health, the Muscogee Nation Department of Health has elected to pause the use of Regeneron in our infusion center and shift to Sotrovimab and Remdisivir – known treatments to be effective against the Omicron variant. At this time, all medical evidence and available data within the state of Oklahoma suggest Omicron is the dominant variant of concern. Like most health systems across the United States, our supplies of these treatments are critically low. We will continue to offer infusions to high-risk patients as long as supplies are available.
Please continue to protect yourself and others – get vaccinated or boosted when eligible and continue to take the proper precautions to prevent exposure.
