Residential Treatment Program

Program Goal

The Muscogee Healing & Recovery Program helps motivated individuals:

• Identify triggers and barriers to recovery
• Develop healthy coping skills
• Set achievable goals
• Make healthier life choices
• Transition successfully into ongoing outpatient therapy and support services

Who Can Apply?

• Adults seeking help for substance use and recovery
• Participation is voluntary and based on a clinical assessment
• Family members may call for information, but the assessment must be completed directly with the potential patient

Important to Know

• This is not an inpatient hospital program
• This is not a crisis or emergency placement
• The program cannot be court-ordered
• Treatment cannot be forced
• Admission requires meeting eligibility criteria through a clinical assessment

How to Get Started

1. Call 918-300-1320 or contact any MCN Behavioral Health Services office
2. Speak with a case manager
3. Complete a clinical assessment to determine the appropriate level of care

If Residential Treatment Is Recommended

• Medical clearance through an emergency room is required
• Staff assist with enrollment paperwork
• A case manager coordinates the admission date and next steps

If Outpatient Treatment Is Recommended

• Patients are connected with the Behavioral Health Services location closest to home
• Ongoing support and case management are provided throughout treatment

If Detox Is Needed

• A case manager coordinates placement with a contracted detox provider
• Staff assist with paperwork and planning for the next phase of treatment
