Latest Variant of Concern – Omicron

The Muscogee Nation Department of Health is closely following the new COVID-19 variant of concern, Omicron.  We will keep our patients and citizens updated as new information emerges.  Vaccination is still our most effective tool in fighting this virus.  If you have not received your vaccination or need your booster, please click here to find a clinic near you.

Vaccine Replacement Cards Are Available

If you received your COVID-19 vaccine through the Muscogee Nation Department of Health and need a vaccine replacement card, please contact the pharmacy of any Muscogee Nation clinic. A pharmacist will complete the information and a new card may be picked up at the clinic or sent through the mail. Contact information for each clinic can be found here.
