Whether you’re a new patient or have been with us for years, we make it easy to get the care and support you need.

Refill & Drive-Thru Services

Refill Centers: We offer two convenient refill centers—one in Koweta and one in Tulsa. These centers can mail your chronic prescriptions directly to your home, no matter which MCN pharmacy you normally use, saving you time and making it easier to stay on track with your medications.
Okemah Drive-Thru: For a quick and safe option, you can pick up prescriptions from the comfort of your car at our Okemah location.

New Prescriptions
All new prescriptions can still be picked up at any of our clinic pharmacy locations, where our friendly staff are ready to serve you.

In order to refill your prescriptions, please have the following information available depending on the refill option you choose:

Please have all prescription numbers ready. If your prescription number contains a dash (-), enter only the numbers in front of the dash (7 digits total)
The last 4 digits of the phone number on file for the patient
Date of Birth for the patient. (two-digit month and two-digit year. For example, a date of birth of January 15th, 1965 would be input as 0165).

ONLINE REFILLS & ORDER STATUS

Telephone Refills

You may also order refills through our automated voice system by calling 855-771-4321. You will be asked to provide the following information before your prescription can be filled:

Prescription number – Enter all digits before any dash.
Date of birth – Two-digit month and two-digit year.
Delivery method – Your prescriptions will be mailed to your home from one of our pharmacy refill centers or may be picked up at the pharmacy.

Automatic Refills (ERP)

Sign up for automatic refills to have your chronic medications filled and mailed to you before you run out—no calls, app requests, or trips to the pharmacy required. This allows the pharmacy time to contact your provider if additional refills are needed and ensures your medications arrive conveniently at your mailbox.

How to Enroll:
Contact your local pharmacy to opt into the Auto-Refill program. Continue to manually request refills for as-needed medications, controlled substances, or items with less than a 30-day supply. Always keep your address updated to ensure timely delivery.
