The Muscogee (Creek) Nation Department of Health and Indian Health Service will host a drive-through, first and second COVID-19 vaccine event April 23 -24, 2021, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Appointments will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis and are available to Natives and the general public.

What: Drive-through, first and second dose Moderna COVID-19 Vaccination Event
Where: Tulsa’s Expo Square River Spirit Expo Center, 4145 E. 21st Street, Tulsa, Oklahoma
When: April 23 -24, 2021, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Who: Anyone 18 years and older

How to sign up:

Patients may register through the vaccine scheduling portal found here OR by calling the Vaccine Information Line at 918-758-3601. Only register once.
If registering by phone, carefully follow the prompts
Leave your first/last name, date of birth, best call back number and state you would like to schedule for the ‘River Spirit Expo Event’.
