Eufaula Indian Health Center Patients – Flu and/or COVID-19 Vaccine Opportunities
October 1, 2021Beginning September 27, the Eufaula Clinic will offer walk-in flu and/or COVID-19 vaccine opportunities. Vaccines are available between 8 am and 4:00 pm. Appointments are not required.
*COVID-19 vaccines are available to patients that are 12 years of age and older.
*Flu vaccines are available to children 6 months and older
A parent or guardian must be present in order for a minor to receive a vaccine.
