MCN Health Community Health programs focus on improving access to care, prevention services, and education across our communities. Through outreach, partnerships, and direct support, we work to reduce barriers and connect individuals to the resources they need.
STI & HIV Prevention Services
MCN Health is committed to expanding access to prevention tools, education, and support services related to STI and HIV care.
Our Community Health team provides:
- Access to free prevention resources
- Education and awareness
- Linkage to testing and treatment services
- Community-based outreach
Find a Vending Machine
Free prevention resources are available through community vending machines located throughout the reservation.
Current vending machine locations:
- Creek Nation Community Hospital ER in Okemah
- Muscogee (Creek) Nation Medical Center ER
- Outside the Eufaula Clinic
