MCN Health Launches New Text Message Updates for Patients
MCN Health is now using Hello World, Epic’s new text messaging system that sends important updates directly to patients’ phones.
Through Hello World, patients can receive:
• Appointment reminders and confirmations
• MyChart notifications
• One-time passcodes
• Other important clinic updates
To start receiving messages, text START to 98041 and make sure your mobile number is listed correctly in your health record.
