MCN Health Launches On-Demand Virtual Clinic to Expand Access to Care
OKMULGEE, OK — MCN Health has launched its new On-Demand Virtual Clinic, making it easier for patients to receive same-day virtual care without leaving home.
The On-Demand Clinic allows eligible patients to request care by joining a virtual queue through MyChart or by contacting the MCN Health Call Center. After requesting a visit, patients receive an estimated wait time and are connected with an MCN Health provider when it is their turn.
“Increasing access to care is at the core of our mission,” said Shawn Terry, Secretary of Health. “This adds another same-day care option for patients who need to be seen quickly.”
The On-Demand Clinic is available to patients 12 years of age and older who have an established MCN Health primary care provider. Providers can evaluate a variety of recent-onset concerns, including cold or flu-like symptoms, fever, mild abdominal discomfort, rashes, headaches, ear pain, and other minor health issues.
This service is intended for new, short-term concerns only and does not replace in-person care for chronic conditions, medication refills, controlled substances, or emergencies.
Patients can access the On-Demand Clinic through MyChart or by calling the MCN Health Call Center at 918-233-9551 during designated clinic hours.

- 1:00 p.m. – 5:00 p.m.
