‘SKO RED A HEART HEALTH AWARENESS EVENT
The SKO RED community event focuses on heart health awareness and provides education and resources to help prevent heart disease and stroke through healthy lifestyle changes.
Most cardiac and stroke events can be prevented through education, movement, healthy eating, and blood pressure management.
