7:00 AM – Race Day Registration / Check-In
8:00 AM – 1 Mile Fun Run
8:15 AM – 5K Start

What to Expect

All participants will receive:

  • Participation medal
  • Race bib with “I run for ______”
  • Swag bag

Each participant will receive a race bib to share who or what they are running for.

Swag bags cannot be reserved and are only available for pre-registered participants who are present on race day, while supplies last.

The event will also include:

  • MCN Health resource booths featuring mental health and 988 information
  • Hydration stations
  • Post-race refreshments and snacks

All ages and fitness levels are welcome. Whether you plan to run, walk, or simply show your support, we invite you to join us.


Before You Go

  • Please arrive early and be checked in by 7:45 AM.
  • Wear comfortable walking or running shoes.
  • Hydration stations will be available along the route.
  • Follow event signage, volunteers, and Public Safety directions on site.

Is the event free?
Yes. Registration is free and open to the public.

Do I need to register in advance?
Advance registration is encouraged, but race day registration and check-in begin at 7:00 AM.

Where is the event located?
The event will take place in Okmulgee, Oklahoma. The start and finish line will be located at the Food Distribution Parking Lot, with participant parking at the Housing Building Lot.

What time should I arrive?
Please plan to arrive early and be checked in by 7:45 AM.

What will participants receive?
All participants will receive a participation medal, race bib, and swag bag.

I can’t make it on race day. Can I still register and get a swag bag?
No. Swag bags cannot be reserved and are only available for pre-registered participants who are present on race day, while supplies last.

Who can participate?
All ages and fitness levels are welcome.
